Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms govern access to the CryptoVista application and documentation provided by the CryptoVista team. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and any plan or feature-specific terms shown before you agree to an optional service.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement under the law that applies to you. If you use an organizational account, you must have authority to act for that organization. Access may be limited to invited or authorized accounts and to the features available under your permissions.
2. What the service provides
CryptoVista provides digital-asset market intelligence, structural-risk analysis, charts, portfolio interpretation, research workspaces and AI-assisted analysis where available. It is an informational and analytical service. It does not hold your exchange assets, execute orders, manage funds or act as your broker or investment adviser.
Features, data coverage, sources and availability can vary. A missing metric or unavailable market is not a zero value. Provider interruptions, limited history, estimation and incomplete account imports can affect the results.
3. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and devices secure. You are responsible for actions you authorize and content you submit. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We can require verification, enforce usage limits, restrict access or suspend an account to investigate abuse, meet legal obligations or protect the service.
Signing in with Google uses the Google account you select. Google access, CryptoVista access and any connected exchange authorization are separate. Do not share accounts or attempt to bypass an access restriction.
4. Permitted use and user content
Use the service lawfully and within the access and data rights granted to you. You retain rights in your own content. You give CryptoVista permission to store, process and display that content only as necessary to provide the requested features, apply your sharing choices and operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Do not submit material you are not entitled to use or disclose.
- Do not exploit vulnerabilities, access another person’s data, bypass limits, manipulate the platform or distribute malware.
- Do not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive community content.
- Do not collect or redistribute third-party market data in violation of its applicable rights or licenses.
- Do not upload passwords, private keys or unnecessary sensitive personal information into research prompts.
5. Research, AI and market limitations
All market data, scores, calculations and AI outputs need independent review. Outputs can be incorrect, incomplete or outdated, and may not account for your circumstances. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, trade instructions, a promise of returns or an assurance that a risk event will or will not occur. You remain responsible for your decisions.
A research citation, saved snapshot or historical chart reflects the evidence and time available for that output. It does not guarantee a live value, a complete historical record or a verified investment conclusion.
6. Optional connections
Connect only an account you are authorized to use. Review the connection’s specific consent, permissions, security and retention disclosures. Supported portfolio connections are read-only. Revoke unnecessary keys at the provider, and disconnect connections you no longer need. Provider rules and availability still apply.
Removing a connection does not necessarily remove previously recorded history or legal and consent records. The Privacy Policy and connection disclosure explain these distinctions.
7. Paid plans, renewals and cancellation
Where paid access is offered, the price, currency, billing interval, renewal and applicable offer terms are presented before purchase. Do not assume that an invitation, account label or payment alone grants a permission that still requires authorization. Payment processing is provided by the configured processor.
A recurring subscription can renew until canceled under its displayed terms. Use the available billing portal or contact support about cancellation. Check the resulting subscription confirmation; closing a browser, revoking Google access, disconnecting an exchange or deleting an app shortcut does not confirm cancellation. Refunds are available where required by applicable law or an applicable written offer.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, pause or retire features. The service and information are supplied as available, subject to any non-excludable rights or specific written commitment. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete asset coverage or that every beta feature will remain available. Material changes to these terms will be identified through the updated date and any further notice required by law.
9. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoVista is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, trading losses or third-party outages arising from use of informational outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No disclaimer turns an analytical output into a guarantee or transfers responsibility for an unauthorized act to a user.
10. Ending use, questions and disputes
You may stop using the service, request deletion of your account and cancel a subscription through its separate cancellation process. Existing payment obligations and records that must lawfully be retained are not automatically erased by ending use. Contact bilalalam58@gmail.com for questions or to raise a dispute. This contact process does not remove any right to use a legally available complaint or dispute procedure.
