CryptoVista provides information and analytical tools for digital-asset research. Markets are volatile, and an indicator or AI-generated explanation does not establish that a trade is suitable or that an outcome will occur.

1. Decision support

Scores, charts, scenarios and research outputs are informational. They are not personalized financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to transact, or a guarantee of future performance. You are responsible for evaluating the information and obtaining appropriate professional advice when needed.

2. Data and coverage

Market and account data can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete or subject to provider limits. Values can be estimates and may depend on selected assets, accounts, windows, venues, prices and available history. Read the units, timestamp, scope and coverage disclosures. An unavailable observation must not be interpreted as zero.

3. Recorded history and valuations

A portfolio value chart reflects the observations and valuations actually recorded for the selected account and scope. It does not reconstruct unrecorded history or establish a complete investment return, cost basis, tax position or realized profit. Deposits, withdrawals, price changes and incomplete imports can affect comparisons.

4. AI outputs and external research

AI outputs can contain errors or unsupported conclusions. Review calculations, cited material and contradictions against the underlying evidence. A saved excerpt or generated PDF is a research record, not independent certification of the claim. External websites and providers remain responsible for their own content and services.

5. No custody or execution

CryptoVista does not hold your exchange assets, place orders, execute transfers or withdrawals, or manage your funds. Optional read-only portfolio access does not give CryptoVista authority to transact. Financial losses can still arise from decisions you make using information or from problems at another provider.

6. Availability and rights

We do not promise continuous operation or complete coverage of every market or feature. This disclaimer is subject to the Terms of Service and does not exclude any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
