Data Protection

Last updated:

Use this page to raise a data-protection request and understand the safeguards and processing described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Make a request

Email bilalalam58@gmail.com from the address associated with your account where possible. State whether you want access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction, objection or information about a particular processing activity. Describe the account and scope without sending passwords, API keys, recovery codes or full payment details.

We can request proportionate verification of account ownership and clarification where necessary to protect another person’s data. Requests are assessed under the law that applies; the outcome, scope and any lawful exception will depend on the request.

2. Account deletion and connection removal

The application’s deletion flow can schedule account deletion and display an execution date or grace period. Refer to that confirmation, and contact support if it fails or is unclear. A deletion request is not a guarantee of immediate removal from operational records, legally required records and backups.

Disconnecting a provider, deleting a research item, revoking Google access and deleting an account are different actions. In particular, an exchange disconnect removes the active credential and current balances while retained snapshots, consent and activity can remain under the disclosed policy. Revoke an exchange key separately at the exchange.

3. Protection and access

The application uses authenticated access, ownership checks and database row policies for user-owned records. Credentials for optional exchange connections are stored in encrypted server-side envelopes. Authorized support, security and operational access can still be necessary. These controls do not provide universal end-to-end encryption or a guarantee against every incident.

4. International processing and retention

Infrastructure and selected service providers can process information outside your country. Contact us for information about a particular service or transfer. Retention depends on the type of record, the requested feature, legal obligations and backup or recovery cycles; see the Privacy Policy for the distinctions.

Where the law gives you the right to contact a supervisory or regulatory authority, you may do so. Our support process does not limit that right.
